Yoho Resources Inc. Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

Calgary, Alberta – December 18, 2007

Yoho Resources Inc. ("Yoho") is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory
approval, it intends to issue, on a non-brokered private placement basis (the "Private
Placement"), up to 850,000 common shares of the Company issued on a "flow-through"
basis pursuant to the Income Tax Act (Canada) (the "Flow-Through Shares") at a price
of $2.70 per Flow-Through Share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,295,000.

Proceeds of the Private Placement will be used to fund exploration and development
activities on Yoho's oil and natural gas properties.

Yoho is a Calgary based junior oil and natural gas company with operations focusing in
the northwest Peace River Arch of Alberta and northeast British Columbia. The common
shares of Yoho are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "YO".
